The warranty covers the following for all 10K Gold, 14K Gold and diamond pieces:

- Damaged pendant
- Damaged chain
- Stone repair: placement or fixes
- Tarnished jewelry
- Does not include stolen or lost cases

If your jewelry has any defects that is covered by the Premium Warranty, please send a clear image of the defected product to our Customer Care Team and we will gladly replace.*Please include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. *All items must be returned before new products can be reproduced. *Please note that the warranty does not cover lost or stolen cases.
